So often, I hear of people who don't dream anymore. People who are afraid to dream because they no longer believe its possible to accomplish their dream. They settle in to whatever situation and just "deal" with it.
Sure, the economy is bad... sure the job market is tough, but should we dare to chase our dreams regardless of circumstances? What do you think?
Kirsten Bragg's story inspired me.
Meet Kirsten:
I grew up in the inner city of Philadelphia with a single mom and two siblings; I had no chance of ever going to college, having a permanent home, or even feeling safe. God has redeemed my life in big ways, to say the very least. He took something from the dirt and turned it into a thing of beauty; He continues to work in me every day. I was taken in at 15 by a missionary couple, and I have now graduated high school and attend Pfeiffer University in NC, a dream I never thought possible.
Part of living with missionaries includes having no money ;) so I decided to pursue something I've admired from the outside looking in; I wanted to become a photographer. I've reached my goal, and am continuing to reach it. Follow along with me as I dive headfirst into the world of weddings, aperture, seniors, lenses, flashes, and babies.
